Being a consultant is a rich rewarding experience. Not only you get to work in a different setting, but also meet and work with different set of people every new project. Every single client provides some challenges from work perspective and it is really fun to experience that. But most importantly what I like about new projects and new client is the fact that it is a new beginning all over again. The challenges about proving yourself again to different set of people is the most exciting thing for me. There is excitement of the new challenge ahead, but also the goose bumps of starting over again. There is this insecurity and uncertainty that creeps in your mind at times. This phenomenon has nothing to do with the ability to work at the new client, but the fear to embrace the change is where the answer lies.
